It automates the management and inventories the use of licenses according to the manufacturers policies (for example Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, IBM, SAP). It has mechanism for counting trends and forecasting future costs, contract management mechanisms that enable to run a central repository of information on all licenses, contracts and their use

Power BI is an easy-to-use tool for advanced business analysis, designing and sharing reports. The data mining functions offered by Power BI allow you to work in any location - in the cloud or local environment. The tool supports hundreds of types of data sources, among others SQL databases (Microsoft, Oracle, Teradata), Office 365, Excel, Marketo, Salesforce, GitHub, Google Analytics, Stream Analytics, flat files.
The solution provides an ergonomic approach to data modeling (building semantic models), cleaning, transforming and combining data from multiple sources. Features such as fast measures, grouping, forecasting, and clustering enable business users to accurately analyze data and find patterns. Power BI supports the advanced language of DAX formulas, which makes it an ideal tool for advanced users of Microsoft Excel
